Contracts & Liability Protection
All puppies from our program come with a contract. This serves as a form of liability protection for both you, as the new owner, and our program. We have invested significant time, effort, and resources into developing our brand, and we want to ensure the well-being of every puppy we place in a home. Our binding agreement ensures the love, care, and continued support of our dogs, as we maintain a deep emotional connection with each puppy we raise.
Pricing & Deposits
Our puppies are typically priced at $2,000, $500 of which is used as a non-refundable deposit required to reserve a puppy from a litter. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before shipping.

-
Early Deposit Discounts: We offer discounts for early deposits (before puppies are born) or for owners who opt out of breeding rights (limited registration within the signed agreement).
-
Deposits are mandatory as the only way we have found to sort through serious inquiries; they provide accountability to both parties combining a deposit with a contract agreement this prevents any misunderstandings from potential new puppy owners and BTRK.
-
If a situation was to arise where you could not get a puppy from the litter at that time your deposit would roll over to a future litter, and all other money paid on the balance will be refunded.
Are Your Dogs German?
While all Rottweilers trace their lineage back to the original drover dogs of Rottweil, Germany, our dogs are considered American Rottweilers because they were born in the United States. Just like people, a dog’s birthplace determines its nationality, even if its ancestry originates elsewhere. As our program grows, we plan to incorporate pedigrees from various countries to align with our vision of the ideal purebred Rottweiler.
Will My Rottweiler Be a Good Guard Dog?
Rottweilers have strong natural instincts and a history as working dogs, making them capable of protection work. However, proper training, socialization, and development are essential to ensure your dog meets your expectations for guarding and other roles.
Tail Docking Policy
We do not dock tails in our program. While tail docking is common in the U.S., it is largely a cosmetic procedure that is not practiced in Germany, where the breed originated. We believe docking is inhumane and unnecessary, as it serves no functional purpose for the dog. However, we do remove dew claws for safety reasons, as long nails can cause injuries if they get caught on objects.
Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer shipping and delivery services at an additional cost. Please note that the full balance must be paid before you receive your puppy.
